Exercise at Home
Now that we already know what is HOME and what is Exercise. Let us now proceed to our main dish... You got it, its the HOME EXERCISE...
Now, before we start. Let me tell you something about PHYSICAL Exercise... What is a Physical Exercise?? Any Idea??? Any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health is called "Physical Exercise". These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment.It is performed for various reasons.
All activities that are designed to develop or hone an ability or skill we consider that as Physical Exercise; Physical activities intended to improve strength and fitness; To set into action or practice; To perform any activity designed to develop or hone a skill or ability; To take action.
It also includes any physical activity that promotes muscle tone and/or cardiovascular fitness (e.g. running, biking, weight lifting and etc.)Physical activity has long been recognized as beneficial, but only in the 1970's did scientific evidence emerge to support these beliefs. What do you think?
