This simply means, that when your metabolism raises the fast it can burn fats in your stomach. Thus, making your tummy flat faster. You can combine this meals with regular abs exercises. Lesser Calories:

Eating 5-6meals per day doesn't mean you need to eat 1 whole American size meals. You only need to eat lesser amount of food, but be sure that the food you take doesn't contain a lot of calories.

Avoid These Foods:
Even though you are advised to eat 5-6 meals per day, doesn't mean you can eat all the food that you want. There are foods that you really need to avoid. Foods that contains a lot of sugar is not good. If sugar is not used in your body at the moment you take them, they will turn into body fat, or converted into body fats, this is not really good. Since our purpose is to reduce tummy fats. Here are the lists of foods that you need to avoid.
Starchy and processed flour foods:
-cakes
-pastas
-white rice
-cereals
-pizzas and etc.
Sure these foods are delicious, but you need to avoid them to achieve our goal.

Regular exercise alone will not help you reduce fat on your stomach. You need to follow tips or suggestions above to be able to achieve the greatest result of your workout. Avoid the shortcuts, avoid foods that can help you gain more fats, and lastly be patient. How to make tummy flat is very easy, as long as you are enjoying while you are doing it. I received an email about a week ago regarding some lose weight inquiry. I was shocked since this one is the first email that I received. I won't tell you his name. Well, he asked me regarding with "How Much Exercise Do I Need To Lose Weight?" As per the common saying goes "too much of everything is not good". This is also true when it comes to exercise. I believe this will apply to almost everything. Anyways, enough said. Let's go back to the topic before we reach to some day to day quotes (lol).

To answer this question, first let me know what type of exercise you are on. You see, you can have a light exercise and a heavy exercise. If you do exercises with just 1-2 minutes break after each set, then I can put you on the heavy exercise category, on the other hand if you do 5-10 minutes break after each exercise of set, you will fall at the light exercise category.

Heavy exercise category means, you are not allowing your muscle to relax a little longer while exercising. Either it's on cardio exercises of muscle build up exercises. The thing here is that, you want to exercise more that you want to rest. For this type of exercise, you need to spend 1.5 hrs to 2 hours on the gym. That's how long your gonna stay inside the fitness gym. If you go overboard at this time, then the result will not be good. You will end up having your muscles over fatigue. Have you ever heard of a person collapsed while exercising? You don't want that to happen, do you? Working your muscles over and over again will not make you big and strong. You need to relax your muscles.

Light exercise category is the opposite to heavy exercise category. You are relaxing your muscles more than you spend time on working those heavy plates out. It's not all on the exercise that you do that you will lose weight. You might still not lose weight if you are doing it more than you should do. You have to have a regular weight lose program that you can refer to to be able to track down your progress. As what I have mentioned over and over again, patience plays a bigger part in the whole process. All you need to do is enjoy while losing weight. And in no time, you'll get surprised with the result.

Whenever I go out to buy something for myself, I really can't resist my crave every time I see some cakes, brownies, chocolates and munchkins. Yeah, I really love to eat those kinds of foods. I really do. But for some reasons, I am really thankful that I don't get all the fats and carbs from those types of foods. Aside from doing exercise, I know  a really great way how to avoid being fat. Well, do you want to know the secret?

Every morning after doing my daily best at home exercises routines, I make sure that I have finished my breakfast before stepping out of the front door. As I have known, breakfast is the most important meal. Everyone should always eat breakfast before going to work, to school, or even if you are just staying at home, you need to eat your breakfast. Even if you want to lose weight, you still need to eat your breakfast. Are you trying to lose weight, thus you are not eating breakfast? if so, then, do you know what should you eat for breakfast to lose weight?

The thing here is that, you want to lose weight and at the same time you want to eat breakfast, questions is, what should you eat for breakfast if you want to lose weight? Actually, anything that is nutritious is a wise choice for breakfast(Any nutritious foods). You should at least consume 300-350 calories for your breakfast(take note of that). The reason behind why you need to eat breakfast even though you are trying to lose some weight, is that, if you don't eat anything in the morning, in the mid morning or snack time, you will be tempted to eat junkfoods or anything that could make your hungry go away. Most people make some mistakes when trying to lose weight, they will not eat their breakfast because they are afraid that they might consume more weight if they do so. Well, I would say that it's not good. Skipping your breakfast can make you starve, thus making you eat a lot during lunch.
Tips: When finding the best food to eat during breakfast, eat foods that contains more fiber and protein since, it will make you feel satisfied.

Here's some breakfast meals that could help you decide on your diet.
Oatmeal: This is mostly what I ate every morning. Aside from having a 190 calories, it also has a great fiber content. You can pair it with a non-fat milk or any foods that has lesser calories.

Egg & Tuna Sandwich: With about 200 calories. Eggs contains a satiating effect, which is true. Compared to other foods, I could feel that I am full every time I ate an egg. Eggs contains Vit.D which will help us absorb more calcium in our body. They also have lutein as well as zeaxanthin, and also antioxidants that keeps our eyes healthy. You can a slice of cheese that are low fat if ever you don't have a tuna.

Peanut Butter-Cinnamon Muffin: It contains about 240 calories. I love this food whenever I got busy early morning. Aside from it's protein and fiber, it also have a monounsaturated fat which is good for our hearts. This can help us not to starve for a longer hour compare to other breakfast meal.

So far, this three breakfast meal on my list are the top three of my favorite. I lose some weeks in just a couple of weeks maintaining this eating habit. If this is your first time doing chest exercises, the first thing that you should do is to learn the proper way of lifting the weights to have a great chest. Next thing is to know what are the starting weight you need to lift. Lifting too much weight before your muscles can handle the load will end yourself hurting. You need to take it one step at a time. You will not gain muscles that fast if you overdo your exercise. Doing to proper way of lifting the weights and performing it in a proper way will lead you to gain more muscles without having to cheat with your exercise.

Additionally, you need to start with the major compound exercises which include, bench press, inclined press, declined press, flyes, and a lot more. Once you are used to these chest exercises, you need to shift into a more advance chest workout.
Tips: Save your flyes and crossover chest exercises for the end of your every workouts.
Proper Bench press form: Contract your upper back muscles to "pop" the pecs forward a bit. This will allow the resistance to be more focused on the chest. If you keep your upper back too flat, you may end up working your front deltoids more than your chest.

I would recommend to lower the weight towards your chest in a controlled way whenever you do bench press within a chest exercise routine. Never drop and bounce a weight in your chest which is up that is 50 pounds or more than you should be using. You will end up torning some of your muscles or worst thing is you will injure yourself. You need to feel the weight as you lower it down slowly, and once it touches your chest try to explode the weight upward. If you think you need some assistance from a gym instructor, then don't be shy to ask for help.

You can see the result of a great chest workouts after a month, you can also feel if your muscles are reacting to your exercise. One important thing is, you need to do it properly and make sure you will not overdo it. I will feature some chest exercise program soon. Since I already wrote an article on how to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks, I will now make an article on how to lose 5 lbs in just one week. Is it possible? Well, it's up to you to find out.

I have a friend who wants to lose 5lbs in just two weeks, here target weight loss is about 30lbs. So, how is it possible to lose 5lbs in just a short time? Isn't it too hard to lose weight in that specific amount of time?

Here's the key to achieve that goal "Hardwork and Patience". My friends' doctor told him that the maximum weight that he can drop is up to 5lbs. The maximum weight loss that I did was about 8 pounds in a week. Jaw dropping, right? But it was true. That's what I did to test how far I can lose weight for just 1 week. Here's the thing, If you will not drop up to 5 pounds after a week, even if you follow the steps that I will provide, send me a message or you can leave a comment regarding your experience, then i will get back to you as soon as i can.

Would you believe that, the best way to lose water is to drink more water? I have wrote an article on how to lose weight through water fasting. Most of our body weight is due to water. When we drink water, that water that is stored in our body will be flushed and cause us to hydrate. Take note of this, a NOT WELL hydrated body holds on to every single drop of water it can hold. It's the reason why some or mostly everyone looks bloated  and puffy. If your body is WELL hydrated, then you are less reluctant to get rid of those water inside your body.  Another thing aside from drinking too much water is that, you need to cut salt in your daily meals. As much as possible, lessen the salt intake in your body. Salt causes your body to hold more water. As what I have observed on some of my gym colleagues who is into deep diet, they always advise to stay away from salty foods. The sodium will hold the water inside your body, thus it will be suspended inside you. You can try eating for a week or 2 without salt, and see the difference on how you will lose weight fast compared to eating foods with salt. Additionally, you can go to a sauna bath or a steam room and sweat yourself out so that the excess salt and sodium inside your body will be flushed out. And don't forget, drink lots of water.

Tips: Make sure you drink enough water everyday. This simply means that you should not drink at least 6-8glasses of water a day, but you should make sure that the water you drink everyday will be have your body weight in ounces. Let's say for example, you weigh at 200lbs, so, you need to drink about 100 ounces of water everyday. If you weigh 150 pounds, you need to drink at least 75ounces of water everyday. You need to do this if you want to lose 5 pound in a week. In addition to that, it is very important that the water you consume is not a mineral water with lots of sodium. Instead of mineral water, you can replace it with tap water or spring water if you are aiming for a faster weight loss.  Lastly, when drinking a glass of water, you should consume the water slowly.

Diet: Carbohydrate intake should be minimized, it will help you lose 5 pounds in a week faster. Carbohydrates holds water inside our body. As what my fitness trainer said, "a pound carbohydrates can store up to 5 pounds of water inside your body". So, imagine if you can stay away from carbs in a week, for sure you can also lose 5pounds of water in your body.

With this tips and info, I assure you that staying away with carbs and salty foods will help you lose 5 pounds in a week with no problem. You also need to follow the exercises that I created on how to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. This tips are very effective, trust me.

Remember: If you burn calories more that what you eat, you will lose weight with no problem. Just keep this in mind that a pound of calorie is equal to 3500 calories. Refer below calculations for every calorie burned with exercises.

- Average person burns 1000-1500 calories per day,
- Power walking can burn 200-500 calories per hour.
- Exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour.
- Swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour.
- Jogging/running can burn 300-1200 calories per hour.

To lose 5 pounds in a week is to stay away from salty foods and carbs. You also need to exercise more, you already have the calculations above, so you can now calculate on how many calories you can burn in a day. But the key thing here is to drink more and more water in just a single day. You can drink as much as 10 - 12 glasses of water per day. You can drink 1 glass of water every 1 hour.

As long as you keep everything in mind, you will be able to lose 5 pounds in a week easily.

- Sugar: Staying away from sugar doesn't mean you need to eat a lot of salty foods. No. You also need to stay away from salty foods. - Processed Foods: This is the most important one. Stay away from processed foods. It's a must! Processed foods removes all the nutrients that our body needs, it doesn't have the ingredients that our body need to help us lose weight fast. Lastly, before you buy foods, you need to check the labels as well as nutrition facts of the foods. - Giving up sugar is not the best solution. Instead of giving it up, just take lesser amount of sugar in a day. If you are used to having 3 spoons of sugar on your coffee, then you can cut it down to 2 until you can cut it down to 1tbps per coffee serving. That way, you are not sacrificing your body needs directly.

- Seriously, don't eat when you are very hungry, you will eat excessively. Thus, I will advice that you eat often, but not that much. I mean, you can eat like 5 - 6 times a day rather eating 3 big meals a day.

- You will have an unbelievable result if you will take note of all the foods that you eat. Take not on all of the things that you eat. Be conscious on what you eat.

- Instead of eating in front of the TV or in the couch, take your snack or meal on the dinning table. If you practice this kind of habit, you will cut down on your daily snacks seriously. And also, when you eat, don't eat comfortably.

- When you feel like eating, take control of yourself. Instead of running directly to your refrigerator, take some time to think about it, you can spend 10minutes before doing so, that way, the cravings you feel will be gone.

- Getting rid of those fats will not take you just for 2 weeks. Everyday you should make it possible that you will maintain your daily diet. You may be able to lose weight in just a couple of weeks, but if you will not maintain your diet, it will just comes back to you in no time.

- Take some time to attend an earobics session. I suggest that you should join on a group activities like aerobics, it's fun and it will gives you more discipline.

- Always keep moving. Don't be too stagnant. Keeping yourself busy is a great way to divert your mind from foods. Staying home and watching television will give your mind something that will wander of some delicious foods that you have. So, better join some activities that could make you time unavailable.

- I know we will need to find something for snacks. Tips, instead of going into your kitchen, you bring along with you some wafer and eat it instead. After that, remind yourself not to eat more foods.

- Try not buying anything tasty in the department store, don't store foods that could make you crave. Stay away from buying those buy one take one cudburry, and that 50% discount on rocky road icecream. Rather buy some yogurt and eat one cup if your hungriness comes up.

- If want to eat, or been craving to eat something. Just before you open your refrigerator, ask yourself if you are really hungry or just bored? If you think that you really need some food, then you do the latter, but if you think you can still handle your craving, then step back and don't turn your head on the refrigerator again.

- Another thing that you can do is, buy some sticky notes and post something on the  refrigerator, saying something that if you need some foods, you need to take a glass of water instead. Or make something that could trigger yourself not to take foods from the ref. You can either put your weight progress on the refrigerator or your target weight.

- Invest. Buy small size clothes that could help you motivate yourself to wear them. That way, you can tell yourself that you already invested something that you need to acheive.

- Be positive. You may have eat a lot for today. Don't give up that easily. Instead, if you have taken a lot of foods for the day, then maybe you can worked that one out on the next day. You can take a smaller amount of food on the following day and do some exercises that could help you lose some weight.

- You can make some sketch drawings of yourself of how you will look out if you lose those extra fats. You can picture out yourself walking in the beach with a lot of eyes looking at you.

- If possible, look for someone who could motivate you to work harder. Look for a partner that could support you. You can go cycling or maybe swimming.

Motivation is the key for everything. Nobody will take away that weight for you. You have to do it all by yourself. You should look for something that could help you motivate. If you wanted to lose weight, I would say that there are a lot of ways on how to do that. There's a lot of diet tips and exercise routines that could help you lose weight fast. The question is, what program would best fit you? Or what are the best workout plans that suits you best.

Let me tell you this one great way on how to lose weight. It's very simple, yet very effective for me. You might have some doubts if this is true or not. I wouldn't force you to do it, but at least, you have to give it a try. It is called "Water Fasting". You only need to drink plain water and take no foods whatsoever. All you need is water alone. The question is, is it effective?

Let me give you a short history regarding water. For more than 100years now, water fasting has been the thing that almost every people have done, for the reason that it is good for their health. It is the safest thing that you need. As what I have read from the most trusted website of some doctors that made an experiment about water fasting. They said that "the most vehement objections to fasting are made by those who have never missed a meal in their lives."

The next thing that you have in mind might be, why do we fast using water? You might want to quote this line "The short answer to why you should fast is "that fasting helps the body normalize itself." If you have abused your body for long periods of time, it can serve as a great way to begin leading a healthier lifestyle. This is because it is easier for the body to return to its natural state of balance while under profound rest periods, such as when you are resting and water fasting, than when you are engaging in activity and eating."Although water fasting maybe a good example to a healthier lifestyle, I will not recommend you to use this method for a long period of time, as what I have said, this is just barely an introduction for your weight loss program. You know that losing weight is very tiring, thus, you don't want to fast without changing your lifestyle. Here's a deal, if you don't change your way of lifestyle, then I'd assume, your weight loss target while doing fasting will be just a waste of time. Why waste of time? Because if you will not change your way of eating, you will regain all the weight you loss in just a short period of time. Not just eating, but there's still more, I will just make (eating) and example.

How can you change your lifestyle you ask? Well, there's a lot of ways, let's make this water fasting as an introduction for your weight loss program. Let's assume you are welling to adopt to the changes, well, you might find out that water fasting is the best way to permanent weight loss. You need to eat solid foods, for example (broccoli, steamed veggies, squash and many more), you need to eat fresh fruits or yogurt. Take note, you need to stay away to all the acidic foods around you(sour foods, or spicy foods).

Lastly, not everyone is allowed to water fast or it's safe to do water fasting. There are also some considerations that you need to check. All pregnant women are encourage not to do such. Water fasting is not good for any pregnant women or any person who are under some medical attentions. Persons that are malnutrition, and have disorders on their liver and kidneys, also, cancer patients are not allowed to do water fasting. You need to consult to your personal trainer or personal doctor before you can do so. Or if you think you don't have any of the things that I've mentioned, you can do water fasting.

New Sony PlayStation(VITA)

The Next Generation of Portable gaming which Sony codenamed as NGP has now officially announced its name. The Playstation VITA or PS VITA.. YES, you read it right.. Sony's latest handheld game console just got an official name. PS VITA sounds really good, isn't it?.I believe that the company really did a great job doing a revolutionary combination of truely rich gaming and social connectivity within a real world aside from its name that i think it's really full of life. A sneak peek below of the PS VITA.


What's inside of Playstation VITA or PS VITA?

Well, aside from it's looks, PS VITA offers both front and rear touchpads, a high resolution multi-touch OLED dispaly wich measures 5-inches, it also offers six-axis motion sensor(really great!!), with dual analog thunm sticks(the earlier version of PSP only have 1 analog). On top of that, it also now supports for wireless communications (3G). Wi-Fi though is still there, they added a 3G wireless communication on this one. It also brings both front and rear cameras-providing support for augmented reality gaming.

So, what’s up with PlayStation Vita? If you can still remember, PS Vita is not just your ordinary PSP. Here the good new, Wi-Fi and 3G models of Sony PlayStation Vita will be available worldwide on December this year (can't wait to try and make a review on this), Wi-Fi Model only will be sold at $249, or $299 for the 3G version in the US. Japan prices are set for ¥24,980 (Wi-Fi) and ¥29,980 (3G); while those in Eurozone will get it at €249 and €299 for the Wi-Fi and 3G versions, respectively. I haven't heard how much will it cost in the phils though, I'll let you know as soon as Sony PR will give us an info. stay tuned for the review..
