Just recently, I noticed that a lot of people are in to smoking, especially call center agents. I have some friends that would often asked me if Smoking can reduce your weight. Or in other words, Does Smoking Make You Lose Weight?

I encountered most of this questions to people who I described as healthy people (those people who weighs in almost 300lbs)... Shhhhh.. Be quiet. This idea came to me while I was on my way back from work. I saw this bunch of healthy people doing the same thing, and guess what they were doing? You nailed it. Yes, they're smoking. Holy cow, they were smoking because they have this idea that they will certainly lose weight if they do so. What up with their minds? They should have jog instead of just standing their and smoking their way to death.

Let me get this one straight. Smoking doesn't make you lose weight. It will not do anything to those flabby thing in your body. An appetite suppressant, Yes. Thus, after smoking you don't feel hungry anymore, but that doesn't mean you already lose weight.
