Let me just get this one fast. It's been months now since I started this experiment. Though I have read some articles about it, I really wanted to try it out for  myself before sharing it to all of you. Now, what it's all about? It's a question regarding drinking water to lose weight. Is this true or not? What do you think? Read my sort of review below to know about it.

I can still remember about a month ago that some of my colleagues had this conversation regarding drinking water. Some said that it's been helping them to lose weight. I could have agreed on them right there and then, and wrote something about it. But I didn't do that, why? Simply because I want to try it myself before letting everyone know if it is effective or not. So, now that I'm done with my one month drinking water to lose weight experiment is done, I can now write it down and let everybody know the result.

Can drinking water help you lose weight? Unfortunately, it's not(so sad). Though water will not help us lose weight, or not that effective to help us lose weight, it is still one of the great components to help is lose weight fast. How? Water will helps us flush away the waste by products that we eat. It will flush the fats that were burn after working out. Or when we sweat. It helps us with our metabolism. Now, that's a good thing if you ask me. Water may not burned the fats inside our body like pacman eating those dots inside our body as fats. The good thing here is that, water will help us with our weight loss. There is a study in 2010 about water, that people who drink 2 glasses of water 30minutes before eating their meal will lost more weight compared to those people who doesn't drink water prior to eating their meals.

When we speak of dehydration, water plays a very important rule. If your body is dehydrated, even if it's just a single percent, your metabolism will also slows down, which means that the calorie you burn will be fewer compared when your body is not dehydrated. Thus, if you want to lose weight, you need water to help you with your weight loss diet.

You might be wondering if beverages can also help you lose weight or is it water alone. Quick facts about beverages, it contains a lot of sugar calories.
