- Giving up sugar is not the best solution. Instead of giving it up, just take lesser amount of sugar in a day. If you are used to having 3 spoons of sugar on your coffee, then you can cut it down to 2 until you can cut it down to 1tbps per coffee serving. That way, you are not sacrificing your body needs directly.

- Seriously, don't eat when you are very hungry, you will eat excessively. Thus, I will advice that you eat often, but not that much. I mean, you can eat like 5 - 6 times a day rather eating 3 big meals a day.

- You will have an unbelievable result if you will take note of all the foods that you eat. Take not on all of the things that you eat. Be conscious on what you eat.

- Instead of eating in front of the TV or in the couch, take your snack or meal on the dinning table. If you practice this kind of habit, you will cut down on your daily snacks seriously. And also, when you eat, don't eat comfortably.

- When you feel like eating, take control of yourself. Instead of running directly to your refrigerator, take some time to think about it, you can spend 10minutes before doing so, that way, the cravings you feel will be gone.

- Try to drink more water, and more and more water. Water can give you a lot of energy. You can also use water as your way of fasting.

- Getting rid of those fats will not take you just for 2 weeks. Everyday you should make it possible that you will maintain your daily diet. You may be able to lose weight in just a couple of weeks, but if you will not maintain your diet, it will just comes back to you in no time.

- Take some time to attend an earobics session. I suggest that you should join on a group activities like aerobics, it's fun and it will gives you more discipline.

- Always keep moving. Don't be too stagnant. Keeping yourself busy is a great way to divert your mind from foods. Staying home and watching television will give your mind something that will wander of some delicious foods that you have. So, better join some activities that could make you time unavailable.

- I know we will need to find something for snacks. Tips, instead of going into your kitchen, you bring along with you some wafer and eat it instead. After that, remind yourself not to eat more foods.

- Try not buying anything tasty in the department store, don't store foods that could make you crave. Stay away from buying those buy one take one cudburry, and that 50% discount on rocky road icecream. Rather buy some yogurt and eat one cup if your hungriness comes up.

- If want to eat, or been craving to eat something. Just before you open your refrigerator, ask yourself if you are really hungry or just bored? If you think that you really need some food, then you do the latter, but if you think you can still handle your craving, then step back and don't turn your head on the refrigerator again.

- Another thing that you can do is, buy some sticky notes and post something on the  refrigerator, saying something that if you need some foods, you need to take a glass of water instead. Or make something that could trigger yourself not to take foods from the ref. You can either put your weight progress on the refrigerator or your target weight.

- Invest. Buy small size clothes that could help you motivate yourself to wear them. That way, you can tell yourself that you already invested something that you need to acheive.

- Be positive. You may have eat a lot for today. Don't give up that easily. Instead, if you have taken a lot of foods for the day, then maybe you can worked that one out on the next day. You can take a smaller amount of food on the following day and do some exercises that could help you lose some weight.

- You can make some sketch drawings of yourself of how you will look out if you lose those extra fats. You can picture out yourself walking in the beach with a lot of eyes looking at you.

- If possible, look for someone who could motivate you to work harder. Look for a partner that could support you. You can go cycling or maybe swimming.

Motivation is the key for everything. Nobody will take away that weight for you. You have to do it all by yourself. You should look for something that could help you motivate.
