How Did Drew Carey Lose Weight?

How Did Drew Carey Lose Weight?

Do you know who Drew Carey is? Drew Allison Carey also known as Drew Carey is an American actor, photographer, game show host, sports executive as well as a comedian. He was a former Marine Corps. For more information about Drew Carey you can ask Mr. Wiki for his complete information.

Drew Carey was about 260lbs before he started his weight loss plan. He now weighs over 170lbs, (WOW!!). Can you imagine that? he lost over 85lbs and here's more, he want to even lose even more. Now, most people are asking if how did he do this kind of transformation, what are his secrets. What are the things that he did to achieve such weight? Let's find out as Drew Carey reveals his weight loss secrets.

Careys' Plan:  As what we all know, Carey shred nearly 100 lbs by strictly sticking to an incredibly "no carb" diet plan.   During the process, Carey said that he did cheat more than once but basically consumed absolutely no carbs meaning, he quit bread, crackers, pizza, and many others.  He as well gave up starches, beans, as well as corn.  he mentioned he started out with egg whites each morning or fresh fruits with Greek Yogurt.  He explained that  he as well drinks only water along with an extremely strict cardio workout.

Drew Carey suffers from a Type II diabetes, but after doing such extreme diet and exercise, he now says that he is feeling wonderful and no longer suffers diabetes anymore.

Here's what drew said:
“I’m not diabetic anymore.  No medication needed.” he said.  “I like being skinny.  I was sick of being fat on camera.  Really, I just got sick of it.”

Careys' Motivations: I've heard that a lot of people were asking “how did Drew Carey burn fat?” I believe it had something to do with his motivations/inspirations, which were really powerful ones. Apart from getting “sick” of looking fat on tv Drew claimed he would pant when trying to keep up with his fiance’s five-year-old son.  Carey stated that the boy had been his most important inspiration:  “I couldn’t keep up with him.”  Carey admits that in just a few minutes of playing with the boy Carey would be sweating a lot as well as out of breath.  “I’d be like, ‘Connor, I can’t’ and he’d say, ‘C’mon Dad!’ That was a terrible feeling.  I thought, I’m never going to see him graduate high school.”
Soon after doing the hard work as well  dropping all his weight he did endure one particular setback/realization in which he can’t go back to eating just like he used to. August 15, He tweeted:  “Just ran my first 10K in almost 25 years.  Sub-60.  Then I had my first ice cream since January:)”

Nevertheless, Carey did not stop there.  Following the ice cream Carey ate a whole pepperoni pizza then a cupcake.  The following day he again ate one more  pizza which in turn made him feel sick as well as feel heavier by a few pounds. Carey mentioned that this relapse has been a very important lesson which he would likely remind himself of from now on by posting a not above the mirror in his bathroom. The message says:  “Eating crappy food is not a reward—it’s a punishment.” which is very true. Thanks for this Drew, I'm very sure that a lot of people will be inspired by this.
