Definition of Exercise

Hello there!! I've been thinking a lot lately (and with that, i really mean a LOT!). I was thinking (hmmmm.. thinking) if I should continue creating a blog that will focus on fitness and health. Well, anyway here I am in front of my computer, my fingers are starting to move like they really wanted me to do this stuff. OK, OK.. I've decided!! I will create a blog that will feature Health Tips | Suggestions on How to get Fit | make some Guidelines on how to lose weight properly and etc. I think I can do it since I myself is into workout. Let's get this thing started...

Let me start it by defining what is EXERCISE.. Any idea on what is the meaning of this EXERCISE thing?? Well, here's what mr.Google and mr. Wiki gave me..(see below definition):

drill: learn by repetition; "We drilled French verbs every day"; "Pianists practice scales" (usually plural) a ceremony that involves processions and speeches; "academic exercises"

Basically that's what mr.Google and mr.Wiki gave me. It's just unfortunate that not everyone of us know or already have an idea when asked about this. Thus, before we proceed with the kinds or types of exercise, we need to know the real meaning of it.
