I have created below a running program that you can use everyday. This is applicable to all newbies and pros out there. This running program to lose weight is available for everyone. Either you are fit, fat, obese, or anything, as long as you can spare 1hr or up to 2hrs then you can do this program. I made this program to help everybody lose weight even if they don't have enough time to go to the gym to lose weight.

This running program is challenging at first and very attainable thus, this is what I would suggest you to start with. Almost every one can complete this program. Note that, before you can go for a 5k run, you need to train yourself first, and with the training, you are already losing some of your body weights. I also suggest that you eat also according to your daily balance diet. Running Programs to Lose Weight: 10kilometer program
After completing the 5kilometer run and you are looking for a more challenging runs, then this one should be in your next to-do list. 10kilometer is what they called as the real test for your running ability, the ability to run this distance is quit amazing. This running program is also attainable, and thus completing it would be such an easy task on you. But, the challenge here to is finish the race in just a short amount of time, that's the real challenge. You need to practice more if you want to finish the race in just minutes. You will be needing a lot of stamina in your body to be able to complete this race.
Running Programs to Lose Weight: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program
Since our target is really for weight lose, then this is really what we need to do. Now, that we completed training and can run for 10kilometers, HITT or (High Intensity Interval Training) program is the best. According to studies, HIIT can burn a lot of calories compared to static running. This program is basically more like sprint running, then rest, then sprint and rest again. It involves running at a high intensity in just a short period of time, thus it is called "Intensity Running", after running fast, you will then need to slow down or rest, then repeat again the set. This program is limited. You should not exceed 40mins - 45mins, since this program is very exhausting. You can do this program 4times a week or even more. The more often you do this program, the more weight will be losing in you body. That's for sure.
By just following this simple running for weight lose program, I can assure you that in less than two months, you will see the result of your training. The good thing about running is that, you can change your running program just to make it more challenging. When you do this, losing weight will not be a problem.
